When it first came into existence in Argentina, SANSEI was a brand belonging to the company American Dinamic S.A.
In 1986, American Dinamic's stockholders funded a new company called SANSEI S.A. with the aim of starting their production activities in Tierra del Fuego.
This is the same company that later on, in 1991, merged with Sanelco S.A. (owned at the time by Sanyo Electric Trading Co) and created the company that is nowadays Newsan S.A.
From the times of American Dinamic, SANSEI is well known in the market as a brand in TV, Video, Audio, Microwaves, Vacuum Cleaners and Air Conditioner lines.
